So 2 weeks ago I caved in and upgraded to Wordpress 2.6 which broke its functionality with Shozu and thus my iPhone 3G. When the Wordpress iPhone app became available, I was excited to try it but encountered issues just adding this site -the screen would go black after submitting my information as if it timed out and/or crashed. Today I just downgraded to Wordpress v2.5-RC3. I have added my site to the Wordpress app successfully on the first try and have also reconnected to Shozu. I wrote a post in Shozu’s support forum which will hopefully help folks who are experiencing similar problems. Also have tried posting a comment under the iPhone Wordpress support to see if this is just a special case as they have claimed it compatible with versions “2.5.1 or higher.” I may have to wait for the next revision to upgrade Wordpress if I want to enjoy this mobile interoperability.
